Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy

Kalimaty is a language-learning application developed by ARABTEAM LTD, a registered UK company, aimed at helping users improve their vocabulary and language skills through our pocket dictionary. By using Kalimaty, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the app. Please read this carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the rules for using Kalimaty.

User Obligations and Proper Use of Kalimaty

As a user of Kalimaty, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must ensure that your use of the app complies with applicable laws and our community guidelines. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or inappropriate content may result in suspension or termination of your account. Please review this section to understand your rights and obligations when using Kalimaty.

Cancel your subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription with Kalimaty and revert to the free subscription, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the “Profile” screen.
  • Go to the “Your subscription” screen.
  • Expand the the section of your subscription by tapping on it.
  • Tap “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the section.
  • This will stop your renewal, and your subscription will be canceled after the current period ends.

Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account with Kalimaty, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the profile screen.
  • Navigate to the account settings.
  • Locate the option for account deletion at the bottom of the screen.
  • A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm the account deletion.

Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of your data, and you will no longer have access to any associated services or content.

Refunds

At Kalimaty, we offer a free plan that allows users to experience the app without any cost. For users who subscribe to our paid plans, we want to clarify that refunds are not part of our policy. Since we offer valuable features for free and our premium plans are designed to enhance the user experience further, we encourage users to make informed decisions when upgrading.

If a user decides to cancel their subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of their current billing cycle, whether it’s monthly or yearly. Users will continue to have access to premium features until the end of their subscription period. After this, their subscription will not be renewed, and they will no longer be charged. We do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions that are already in progress, ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all users.

Additionally, we take account security very seriously. No refunds will be issued based on claims of unauthorized usage, such as if you allege that your payment method was stolen or used without permission. Kalimaty requires users to verify their identity by activating their accounts through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their email address. By completing this process, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account. Therefore, any subscription or transaction made from your account is considered authorized.
